Refund policy

If you're not happy with a purchase, ask for a refund within 14 days and you'll get your money back. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email hello@x-genai.com from the address you paid with, or include your receipt. We reply within two working days, and the money goes back to the card or account you paid from. Banks usually take 5 to 10 days to show it.

What happens after a refund

The template or AI uses you bought stop being yours to use. If a published site uses a refunded Pro template, we'll switch it to a free template rather than taking it offline.

After 14 days

Purchases are delivered straight away, so we don't normally refund after 14 days. If something we sold you doesn't work and we can't fix it, we'll refund you whenever it happens.

Your legal rights

In the EU and UK you'd normally lose the right to cancel a digital purchase once it's delivered, if you agreed to get it right away. Our 14-day refund applies anyway. It adds to your legal rights and doesn't replace them.

Payments are handled by Stripe. If Stripe acted as the reseller for your purchase, you can also contact Stripe about the charge, and Stripe may issue a refund directly.
